The Market Appraisal

You can’t sell a property without knowing how much it’s worth. Lucky for you, the valuing team here know what they’re doing. And they’re waiting to give you a range of value to market your property within for free, with absolutely no obligations.

The Particulars

You want to sell? You need to make your home stand out, starting with full colour property particulars that include all the details, photos, floorplans a buyer might need. We’ll take care of that for you.  The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

This one’s a legal requirement. The certificate will show just how energy efficient your home currently is, and how much better it could be if improvements were made. Should you need one we’ll organise your EPC and energy report with an approved local assessor to save you the hassle.

The Marketing

Your property will appear online in many places. Firstly, on our easy-to-navigate and attractive website, which has been optimised for search engines and designed specifically for property sales. It’ll feature on Right Move, Primelocation and Zoopla too, with all the photographs, floorplans, measurements, descriptions, videos and EPCs to boot. We’ll also use Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as marketing channels for your property. 

The Photography

We take property photography seriously at David Lee. So much so that we’ve all been professionally trained on how to find the best angle and our in house professional will edit each and every one of our shots before we put them to use.
