The selling process

STEP 1 We meet you, and the property

Once you have instructed us, we’ll come over and get to know your property personally, so we can field any questions buyers throw our way.

STEP 2 Your marketing assets are created

We’ll take and edit attractive photos and create a bespoke virtual video tour of your home. We’ll draw up floor plans and outline the features of your property to highlight in your brochure.

STEP 3 Tease then launch your property

We’ll release a teaser video to whip up intrigue, followed by the full property launch video. Your property will also go live on all the major property websites including Rightmove and Zoopla and we’ll increase exposure through paid advertising on our social media channels.

STEP 4 The viewings begin

Viewings will be arranged with you and/or our trained agent – only ever at times that suit you. We’ll gather feedback from the viewings and keep you in the loop on how things are going.

STEP 5 You’ll receive offers

As soon as we receive an offer, we will conduct our due diligence and be straight on the phone to find out how you’d like to respond. Our sales team will follow your wishes to a T, and expertly negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price from the strongest buyer.

STEP 6 You’ll agree a sale

Once a sale’s been agreed, we’ll let you know what’s happening throughout your sale right through to completion. There’ll be the purchaser, the legal representatives, surveyors and mortgage lenders to liaise with, but we’ll do all that for you to keep this process as stress-free as possible.

STEP 7 You’ll sell

Once the draft contracts have been approved and finance is in place you’ll sign and exchange them with the buyers and your sale will be completed. Congratulations, you’ve just sold your property! Let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
